Click the following sample for your free sample of Stayfree with ThermoControl pad. I also noticed that on the right side of the page, there is a box that says click for your free sample of Ultra Thin pads. I clicked it and it looked like the same thing I filled out...I tried filling it out again and it worked (didn't give me a "You've Already Requested this Sample" message). We'll see if it works!
