Possible coupon for Free Mac and Cheese?

I just did this (didn't watch the video)...not sure if it's for a free coupon or what? Maybe I really signed up for Mac and Cheese Insurance?? Lol

Head on over to the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Facebook page, “like” them and then click on the Macsurance tab. You can then choose to watch the short video or just simply click on the “Get Coverage Now” button. Complete the form with your name and address and you’ll receive the following message…
Your Kraft Mac & Cheese is now covered. The coverage is effective immediately and you should receive your documentation in the mail in 6 weeks.
