This is through "Start Sampling". It doesn't say you will start receiving email from them, and you can uncheck the box so that you don't receive Dentek emails also (unless you want them). I did it yesterday, and I didn't receive any Start Sampling emails today. But, just a heads up that this sample is from StartSampling.com and not DenTek.com.
