I haven't done this yet (still need to get photos together), but I found it on Mojosavings.com. It said you can get a free purse size photo book (4.5X6) from Walgreens using this code at checkout: PURSE. They suggested using your local store as a pickup to save on shipping. I'm thinking you'll still have to pay something to have it shipped to your local store.
This looks like a great deal for an updated brag book for your purse!
